All lessons go for a total of 30 minutes. This includes an introduction, preparation, lesson theory, practising and activity time.

Generally, Mimi can only hold 30-minute lessons due to the high demand of students.

If you are interested in pursuing lessons longer than 30 minutes, please do not hesitate to fill in the contact form on our website.

Mimi's Music School is located at Mimi's household in Manor Lakes VIC 3024. For privacy reasons, the exact location will be provided after the booking has been confirmed.

 To implement COVID-safe practices, we are slowly eliminating cash payments.

Payment for sessions is processed via credit card, bank transfer , or Paypal at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson through our booking portal or

Customers can also purchase a lesson in advance in person. Customers can 'tap' or inset their card (including a 2.2% surcharge) at the end of their previous lesson.

If your preferred date/time is not available to book, this could mean a student has already booked that slot.

During busy periods of the year, Mimi tends to be booked out. We do recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to avoid this problem.

Any urgent matters can be sent via SMS or call if you are an existing customer.

Please notify Mimi via SMS or email 24 hours before your lesson booking to avoid cancellation fees. You can reschedule your lesson for the following week if you have notified us 24 hours before your lesson.

A lesson is considered cancelled if you do not attend within 10 minutes of your scheduled lesson time.

The cancellation fee is the price of the individual's cancelled lesson.
